NEW YORK — Hoping to address a series of on-set incidents without directly confronting anyone, second assistant director Luis Vang confirmed Thursday that every bullet point under the daily call sheet’s “General Reminders” section was directed exclusively at production assistant Tyler Priebe.
“Obviously, the entire crew doesn’t need to be told to stop chewing on the walkie-talkies or using the trailers as crying zones,” said Vang, who spent extra time formatting the document just to bold the phrase ‘PLEASE FLUSH.’
“It feels more professional to frame this as a group announcement rather than pulling Tyler aside to ask why he keeps offering the talent his leftovers,” Vang continued. “I even added a new rule about not asking the stuntmen if they fear God. I really hope that one sinks in before the safety meeting.”
At press time, Priebe had reportedly skimmed the document, agreed aloud that the rest of the crew really needed to get their act together, and walked through a live take to ask the lead actor if he was going to finish his prop food.
